Eric Feingold of Feingold, Posner & Draizin has spent his entire legal career in the service of people who need someone in their corner.
He began that career in one of the most demanding training grounds a young attorney can enter: the Miami-Dade public defender's office, where he represented clients who had everything on the line and depended entirely on the skill and dedication of their counsel. That experience shaped Eric into the trial advocate he is today: someone who knows how to fight, how to listen, and how to stand firm under pressure on behalf of the people he represents.
After honing his courtroom skills as a public defender, Eric took a turn that would prove to be one of the most valuable professional decisions of his career. He accepted a position as in-house counsel for a national health insurance company, stepping inside the world his future clients would one day be up against. There, he saw firsthand how insurers evaluate injury claims, where they look for weaknesses, and how they work to limit the compensation they pay out.
It was an education no law school classroom could provide, and one Eric now puts to work exclusively on behalf of injured Floridians.
